The Customer Service Department of Ergon here at Mirror Lake has an immediate opening for a Day Shift Customer Service Representative.
This position provides customer and sales support by performing various administrative duties related to receiving, processing, and confirming customer orders for the asphalt and lube oil sales departments.
Candidate should be self-motivated with good computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel. A good telephone voice, an even temperament, and the ability to work well with co-workers and customers are also required.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with a college degree and at least four years of related experience being preferred. An understanding of the corporation and its products would be beneficial. The candidate selected must be available for extended work hours when the situation warrants.
